Pollution-free infectious waste incinerator features

Detail of Pollution-free infectious waste incinerator features
1. The incinerator has two combustion chambers. The first combustion chamber burns all solid waste and various materials, the second combustion chamber burns smell, gas, smoke, dust, bacteria and other pollutants.
2. External structure of first combustion chamber is made of 4 mm. thick durable steel.
3. Internal incinerator wall of first combustion chamber is lined with 200 mm. thick ceramic fiber and plastered over with fireproof concrete Cast 13 ES for 50 mm. of thickness, withstand heat up to 1,300 degree Celsius without refractory brick.
4. Internal incinerator floor is lined with 150 mm. thick ceramic fiber and plastered over with fireproof concrete Cast 13 ES for 100 mm. of thickness, withstand heat up to 1,300 degree Celsius.
5. External structure of second combustion chamber is made of 3 mm. thick durable steel.
6. Internal incinerator wall of second combustion chamber is lined with 200 mm. thick ceramic fiber and plastered over with fireproof concrete Cast 13 ES, withstand heat up to 1,300 degree Celsius without refractory brick.
7. External door structure is made of 4 mm. thick durable steel. Its interior is lined with 200 mm. thick ceramic fiber and plastered over with fireproof concrete Cast 13 ES, withstand heat up to 1,300 degree Celsius.
8. External structure of heat chimney is made of 2 mm. thick steel, not less than 5.00 m. tall. Its interior is lined with 125 mm. thick ceramic fiber and plastered over with fireproof concrete Cast 13 ES, withstand heat up to 1,300 degree Celsius with openable channel for air sampling.
9. Burner for first combustion chamber use AC 220 V 50/60 HZ electrical system, Light Fuel Oil or diesel fuel, fuel consumption rate at 10-30 kg/h, 400 W electric motor, 17 KV lighting transformer, controlled by Single Stage (ON-OFF), gear fuel pump. A quality product imported from foreign countries that meet ISO9001 standard and certified by the manufacturer of combustion head.
10. Burner for second combustion chamber use AC 220 V 50/60 HZ electrical system, Light Fuel Oil or diesel fuel, fuel consumption rate at 10-30 kg/h, 400 W electric motor, 17 KV lighting transformer, controlled by Two Stage (HIGH-LOW-OFF), gear fuel pump. A quality product imported from foreign countries that meet ISO9001 standard and certified by the manufacturer of combustion head.
11. Air compression fan in first combustion chamber and second combustion chamber use AC 2 Poles 50/60 HZ electrical system, 650 W electric motor, rotation rate 2950 rpm, blowing rate 25 m3/min, 0.75 horsepower. Air volume can be adjusted to different levels. The fan is powered by Single Phases electric motor 220 V.
12. Fuel storage system installed on incinerator has 150 liters capacity.
13. Control combustion with automatic. Display number with digital numeric value between 0 – 1,200 degree Celsius together with self-control adjustment with combustion head status light for both chambers. Easy to use.
14. Functional duration of second combustion chamber is not less than one second.
15. Use diesel or biodiesel fuel.
16. 1 set of ashtray and cleaning equipment provided inside incinerator.
17. Warranty and training for pollution-free infectious waste incinerator user And other relevant information include;
17.1 1 year warranty from delivery date or from the date of its last inspection. If pollution-free infectious waste incinerator or machine crash during normal use, pollution-free infectious waste incinerator shall be fixed without additional charge.
17.2 Monitor pollution-free infectious waste incinerator working condition every three months until the end of warranty.
